Erica Fuqua
Erica grew up in a small town outside of Buffalo, NY. After graduating from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Political Science, she pursued a career in Advertising Account Management. She spent many years working with some of the top ad agencies in NYC. One of her greatest responsibilities was building and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients. Erica’s natural ability to listen, communicate effectively, and develop relationships drove her to pursue a career in real estate.
Erica is service-oriented and brings energy, creativity, and commitment to every transaction to ensure her clients achieve their goals. Erica and her husband have been residents of Holmdel NJ for the past 6 years. They have 2 children which are their greatest joys. In her free time, Erica enjoys visiting many of the beautiful parks in Monmouth County (her favorite is Hartshorne Woods Park, for the beautiful views overlooking the Navesink River), trying new local restaurants and checking out the many local shops. Erica is excited to help buyers find their dream home in Monmouth.
